The THS Tigers JV boys, varsity girls, and varsity boys basketball teams will travel Friday, Jan. 12 to Monroeville to play area opponent, the Monroe County High School Tigers. The JV boys game begins at 4:30 p.m. NOTE: times can change.

Daniel Truelove Jr., a motivational speaker and education consultant, spoke Jan. 10 to students at Thomasville High School during a mental health program in the school gym. He also spoke to students at Thomasville Middle School earlier in the day.
The THS Tigers football banquet will be held at 7 p.m. on Feb. 1 in the Thomasville Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
THS Tutoring begins Jan. 23.

Forms are being sent home for Tutoring at Thomasville Elementary School, which will be held Jan. 23 to March 21. Forms are due back on Jan. 17. Tutoring will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3 to 4 p.m. All students must be picked up by 4 p.m.
There will be no classes in the Thomasville City Schools District on Monday, Jan. 15 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
