The "Geek Squad" at Thomasville Elementary School includes the following fourth grade students: Bo Martin, Kamariah Perkins, Taliyah Pritchett, Henleigh Rush, Sage Cox, McKinley Sims, Bryce Robinson and Januari Blanks. These students were chosen to help teacher Darla Lyles with duties in the Computer Science Class.
The Thomasville High School Tigers varsity football team will host Dadeville in the first round of the state playoffs at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 10 at D.F. Anderson Field.

Thomasville High School will host a Veterans Day program on Nov. 9 in the Thomasville High School Gym, starting at 9 a.m.
Veterans - if you'd like an invitation to the event please come to the Thomasville High School office to receive a formal invite. For the program, we are also creating a presentation for each veteran that is invited. To have your own slide, come to the high school office to receive a form to fill out.
The TMS girls and boys basketball team will travel Monday, Nov. 6 to play at Livingston Junior High School (1351 North Washington St.). The girls game begins at 5 p.m.

The THS Tigers varsity football team will host the Clarke County High School Bulldogs in the annual "Backyard Brawl" at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 2 at D.F. Anderson Field.
There will also be a "Senior Night" ceremony before kickoff.
