The non-resident/out of district tuition for the Thomasville City Schools District is $200-per-semester-per-student ($400-per-year-per student).
***All Out-Of-District fees/tuition are non-refundable.

**Failure to pay $200 by July 31, 2025 will result in your student not receiving a homeroom assignment nor a class schedule. Students will not be formally enrolled until payment is made. Second Semester fee of $200 is due on or before Dec. 12, 2025. Failure to pay will result in the withdrawal of the student from Thomasville City Schools, per the District Policy**
Enrollment for TCS schools will close on Thursday, July 31 and will not re-open again until Monday, Aug. 18. No one may enroll during the closed window. Parents may still pick up and return packets, but students will not receive a schedule until after the 18th.

Parking permits for THS Seniors will be sold July 28 from 8 to 11:30 a.m. Juniors can buy their parking permits, also on July 28, from 1:30 to 5 p.m.
On July 29, Sophomores can buy their parking permits from 8 to 11:30 a.m., and Freshmen can buy their permits from 1:30 to 5 p.m.
Students can pick up the forms from a table set outside the front door of THS, any day or time, between now and July 28. The fee for parking is $35, and the form must be filled out front-and-back and signed by a parent with a copy of their driver's license and insurance card.
If they do not have all the items with them, they can not get or reserve a spot.

The Thomasville City Board of Education will have a special called meeting at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22 in the THS library. The public is invited.
The THS Lady Tigers varsity and junior varsity volleyball teams will participate July 30 in a T.R. Miller tournament at the Brewton Middle School.

UPDATE- change of location: The next meeting of the Thomasville City Board of Education will be held today, July 8 at 5 p.m. in the Thomasville Elementary School Library. The public is invited.
Thomasville City Schools will provide free breakfast and lunch for all students during the 2025-2026 school year.
Students from Thomasville Elementary School and Thomasville Middle School attended the 4H camp June 30-July 2 in Columbiana. The students included Abigail Collinsworth, Hailey Norwood, Reign Bennett, Avery Collinsworth, Tensely Stauffacher, Jordyn Holden, Sebastian Covel, Abel Horton, Gauge Patrick, Lanie Smith, and Tripp Smith.
