Which THS class wants the Spirit Stick?
There will be no classes in the Thomasville City Schools District in observance of the Labor Day holiday.
The TCS Gifted and Talented program will hold a remembrance ceremony for former classmate, Cole Pugh on Friday,Sept. 9 at 3:30 p.m. on the Thomasville Middle School lawn.
Cole, a seventh grade student, died on July 28, 2021. He was a beloved member of the gifted program for four years. Because Cole loved the outdoors and hanging out with friends, students agreed to dedicate a picnic table in his memory.
The table will serve as a place where middle school students can gather for fun and friendship. Family, friends, students and faculty are invited to attend.

Thomasville High School would like to thank Mrs. Anna Gates for allowing THS student Kadence Hare to participate in a job shadowing experience with her on Wednesday, Aug. 31. Mrs. Gates is an ultrasound technician at Thomasville Regional Medical Center. Kadence plans to pursue a career in this field.

Thomasville High School will accept credit/debit cards Thursday, Sept. 1, for snacks at break and the home volleyball matches in the school gym. Card readers will be in use.
THS is selling $5 student tickets on Thursday and the football game on Friday.
Credit/debit cards will also be accepted for the home THS football game Friday night.
Admission is $8 for either volleyball and football.
