Amaya Jones, a senior at Thomasville High School, was selected Oct. 11 as the 2024 THS Homecoming Queen during a ceremony held during halftime of the THS-Hale County game at D.F. Anderson Field. She was crowned by Eddie Armstead Jr., THS Principal.
The THS Homecoming Dance, sponsored by the volleyball program, will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12 in the school gym.
NOTE: No tickets will sold at the door.
UPDATE: Lead out will only be seniors and homecoming court. Admission to watch the lead out will be $5 cash at the door. Lead out will begin at 7 p.m. with lineup at 6:30 p.m.

Classes will dismiss early on Friday, Oct. 11 in the Thomasville City Schools District for the Homecoming Parade: 11:45 a.m. at TES; and noon at TMS/THS. Buses will run regular routes. The parade begins at 1:30 p.m.
