Scoliosis screening will be offered during the week of May 23, 2022, for all students in grades 5-9. If you would like for your student to be screened for scoliosis, please complete the consent form that will be sent home and return it by Friday, 5/20/22. Only those requested will be screened. Free athletic physicals for girls and boys, grades 6-11, are scheduled for Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at Thomasville Regional Medical Center (TRMC).
Athletes must have their physical form completed and signed by a parent/guardian and returned to their coach or the school nurse as soon as possible so the pre-physical assessment can be completed at school before Tuesday.
