There will be no classes in the Thomasville City Schools District from Dec. 18 to Jan. 3, 2025. Students will return from Christmas/Winter Break on Jan. 6.
Students will be released early in the Thomasville City Schools District on Friday, Dec. 13, Monday, Dec. 16 and Tuesday, Dec. 17: 11:45 a.m. at TES; noon at TMS/THS. Buses will run regular routes.

The Thomasville Middle School Peer Helpers (including Justin Stabler, Mary Lindsey Drinkard, Katie Harrington, Abigail Nordan, and Cristian Haro) coordinated a “Sweet to Give” cereal drive for the Salvation Army. Nearly 100 boxes were donated by TMS students, and a cereal box domino train was set up and put into action Dec. 6 at the Sneaker Soirée in the TMS gym. Fifth and sixth grade students brought the most donations.
