The next Quarterback Club meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 21 in the Bill McNair Field House. Parents of THS and TMS players are encouraged to attend
A TMS/THS Gifted Program meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31 in the TMS cafeteria.
The annual "Meet the Tigers" event will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday., Aug. 18 at D.F. Anderson Field.
There will be a THS-TMS parent volleyball meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 17 in the THS school gym.
There will be a THS PTO meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 24 in the school library.
UPDATE: the 2023 yearbooks are in! Those students who prepaid can come pickup their books, and we have extra copies for sale at $55 each.
The THS volleyball season begins Aug. 26.

Nancy Prine, Regional Consultant for the Alabama State Department of Education/Career and Technical Education/Workforce Development (second from left), visited the Career and Technical Education Department at Thomasville High School on Aug. 8. She reviewed the new state requirements for CTE Programs with Kate Huggins, Work-Based Learning Coordinator; Kay Larrimore, school system Career Coach; and Vickie Charleston, Health Science Instructor.
Huggins teaches the following classes: Digital Media, Digital Publications, AP Computer Science and Work-Based Learning.
Charleston teaches the following classes: Patient Care Technician, Medical Terminology, Foundations of Health Science and Therapeutic Services.
The Child Nutrition Program staff at Thomasville High School for 2023-2024 includes Shambria Holt, Gachel Martin (CNP Manager at THS), Leaniettia Washington and Ashley Biggs.
